Ever wonder how long it would take a chick to swim from Paris to New York?
Building a company
is pretty exciting,
don't you
think?
Then imagine a company
whose job is to build
other companies.
Pretty cool, right?
So we did it.
That's why we founded
Chapters
Alongside this lovely bunch.
If you work with music on and you're tired of those endless "Deep Focus" playlists, we've got something for you.
So, what do we actually do?
Let us explain.
Picture this: you've got an idea.
Now imagine it's already a good idea. And you're just a few steps away from making it a great one.
Just the right push,
the right team,
the right playground.
A playground to run,
to try
to fall
once, twice, three times,
even when it hurts.
Because that's how good ideas grow.
Through movement.
Through repetition.
Through high standards.
That's what we love to do at Chapters: we build playgrounds for ideas.
But let's be honest for a second
A playground is nothing without its players.
And yes, what makes a playground valuable is the people who play in it.
The people who choose to play,
who bring a fresh perspective,
who move ideas forward.
who challenge them.
who take ideas further.
who push them to evolve.
They're the ones who bring the playground to life. Who set the pace. Who bring the energy.
Chapters Players
Our players are our community. People who are already building things elsewhere, and who join us when it makes sense. They have their own work. Their own projects. Their own passions. And above all, they care deeply about doing things well. They're often the first to hear about our ideas and the first to challenge them. Without them, many of those ideas wouldn't get very far. So this one's for them. Thank you.
If it ruffles a few feathers, it means things are moving. We'll take it.
Doing what no one dares to try. And pulling it off twice. We like that.
Bezos crossed our minds. We just prefer delivering meaning.
Not for sure.
Smart — word is he knows how to get some altitude on his projects.
Not a bad shout — we pull the odd night shift too.
Repetition. High standards. Victory. That speaks to us.
There's probably someone we haven't met yet who belongs in this community. Anyone come to mind?
Oh, one more thing.
Not all our projects start in the same place.
Sometimes, it starts with us.
With a simple “what if?”
A need we've spotted. An idea we're eager to test.
But sometimes, they come from elsewhere.
From brilliant founders looking for the right playground and the right energy to build.
Currently in play?
Too early to talk about. Far enough along to exist as emojis.
And now, what about you?
Maybe something resonated. A word. An emoji. A pun. (Peanuts butter, anyone? 🥜🍞) Or maybe just a feeling. Whatever it is, that's enough. We're not asking for anything polished.
No introduction. No pitch. No plan.
If you feel like it, just write to us. A message. Even an imperfect one. Even half-formed.
Because around here, ideas rarely arrive fully finished. Projects aren't always ready. Sometimes they're fragile. Sometimes they're already standing on their own. And sometimes, they're still looking for the right playground.
So keep it simple. Write a sentence. Maybe two. Or leave us a sign. We'll know what to do with it. We're always happy to hear from people who want to think, to build, or to invest in projects that take the time to be done right.
And one last thing: every story starts with a first chapter.
We don't have a YouTube account yet but Eliot promised us one so we'll leave the logo for him to remind him.
